Policy

  1. Upon submitting booking requests, Mytrip.pk customer support officer will respond with booking confirmation or availability within 6 working hours (working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday)
  2. Upon receiving the confirmation of rooms’ availability, the customer has to make the payment within 12 hours to receive the final confirmation.
  3. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability & at the hotel’s discretion. Standard Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 Pm.
  4. Usage of Extras i.e. other than room rent will be charged from guest directly at the time of checkout from the hotel like (extra mattress, food, laundry etc)
  5. MyTrip.pk is a service provider and doesn't own any property. Any complaints related to the hotel room should be communicated to the hotel manager.
